Due to his experience he really wants to earn big, and until the day he met a person by the name of Warren Trinidad who gave him an offer to start UNO, when he was doing network marketing he immediately resigned from his job, his mother was very mad at him telling him that he is an idiot, because it hard to find a job but he just resigned for the sake of network marketing, he told his mother that he will succeed in UNO because it is also for them, but it was not easy.
When he started, there is no office, no company website, and no products, he faced a lot of discouragements and rejections, going anywhere just to find prospects, talking to strangers just for a presentation, going to schools just to invite students, he talked to some staff in schools for him to allow them to post into their bulletin boards and give him 5min. to promote his business in every classroom, one of the schools he really put effort is the RMC, he entered every classroom just to promote his business.
He invited and presented to a lot of students but only one student joined, out of hundreds of students he met everyday, some people looked at him like a scammer because they are presenting a company without office, without products, only a piece of paper with full of promises, a lot of people asking them to show how much he was earning but he can’t show anything because it was very hard for him to earn and even his upline is not yet earning, that is why their prospects doesn’t join and doesn’t show anymore. His parents always tells him to stop what he was doing, he will not have a good future in UNO, sometimes he also thinks of trying to quit because nothing is happening and no one is joining and maybe his parents are right, he cannot pay his boarding house, begging the landlady to let him stay just for another month, a lot of times he skipped his meal and just a soup and rice, it’s ok for him because of lack of budget, sometimes he borrow money to buy some food.
He had a mentor in the name of Arnel Limpin who influenced him a lot and encouraged him how to do network marketing; he learned the attitude of not quitting and giving commitment on what he is doing. Even how hard it is, he still continued on what he believes.
He trained hard and attended a lot of trainings until he became one of the ONE Team Members of the company.
They had an office in c5 in Roxas but it went down, another from Bolton St. but after few months it also went down, he believed he can do something, he conducted a special TOPS in his boarding house, full of hope, he share that he wants to build UNO Davao, he believes that there will be an office because he is fighting for it, one night he talked to his upline, full of conviction and confidence, they will work for it, no matter what happens, no matter how hard it is, just for them to build UNO Davao.
and they had an office in Skylite Bldg., Illustre St.
He went to General Santos City together with his upline and build a group, they had payins, and 15 heads, he also build a new group in Davao.
Last January 06, 2008, he formed The Supreme Team, with continuous efforts, he became a Top Earner of the company, he earned big.
He got a trip incentive from the company in Hongkong.
He also became one of the Millionaires Club Member of UNO.
He bought his car a Honda Civic EG with a DOHC B16A Engine with full racing specs and recently bought his second car an Isuzu Trooper. His parents are now very supportive in him, and until today he still continues to inspire and train a lot of members of UNO, going to Digos City, General Santos City, Cebu City, Tagum City to teach them and tell them that a person who always commits and willing to give their full potential will really succeed.
