5 STEPS HOW TO MAKE A WOMAN FEEL BETTER DURING HER PERIOD


1) Understand what a woman goes through during her period..

For some men, you need to realize that some woman get terrible stomach cramps, they get headaches, feeling really tired or sleepy, so you need to become more patient on handling them.



2) Appreciate her

Say things that will make her smile, say things that will make her feel special, beautiful and intelligent, appreciate the beauty that you can see with her, this will boost her confidence and help her to increase her mood.

3) Help and support

If she has some things to do, impress her, and do some things that sometimes you are not doing, and show her that you care and you want to help her out, do some dishes, or take some laundry, this will make her smile and decrease her stress.


4) Make her Comfortable

Take some little time, massage her, or give her a warm hug and whispher some sweet words in her ear, this will make her feel better.


5) Communicate

If you are far away, call or text her, make her feel that you are there even though you are in the work or in some other place away from her...
